摘要 在光通信领域中旋转音圈电机作为二维摆镜的执行机构能为更大的负载提供足够的力矩。控制结构在增加速度内环后给系统带来了更高的扰动抑制能力,提高了系统的刚度,从而提高了控制系统的带宽。通过对传递函数的辨识,对速度位置双环进行了控制器设计,使得方位、俯仰双轴的控制带宽达到系统的性能要求,双轴的控制带宽在12 Hz和20 Hz左右。分析摆镜的结构并进行了位置误差跟踪实验,实时目标跟踪实验。实验表明在单传感器与电视闭环的控制结构下,采用旋转音圈电机作为系统的执行器,系统的跟踪误差〈1.5′,实现高精度跟踪。 The rotating voice coil motor in the field of laser communication as a two-dimensional steering mirror actuator can provide enough torque for a larger load.The control structure increases the disturbance capacity of the system after increasing the inner velocity loop,and improves the rigidity of the system,thus improving the bandwidth of the control system.Using the frequency response instrument to do the transfer function identification,designing the double-closed loop control of velocity and position controller,which makes azimuth axis reaching about 12 Hz for control bandwidth while elevation axis about 20 Hz,achieving the system performance requirements.The structure of the steering mirror was analyzed and the position error tracking experiment and real-time target tracking experiment were carried out.Experiments show that in the single encoder and CCD closed-loop control structure,using rotating voice coil motor as the actuator,the system to achieve high precision sensor control,which achieve tracking error〈1.5′.
