中医药治疗代谢综合征随机平行对照试验系统综述和Meta分析

System Overview and Meta Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trails of Chinese Medicine Therapy for Metabolic Syndrome

[背景]中医药治疗代谢综合征疗效确切。[目的]采用Meta分析方法评价中医药治疗代谢综合征疗效及安全性。[检索策略]计算机检索CNKI数据库。检索时限2010年5月至2017年5月。[纳入标准](1)研究设计:中医药治疗代谢综合征临床随机对照试验(RCT),不限定语言。(2)观察对象:明确诊断MS确诊标准参照中华医学会糖尿病学会分会《中国2型糖尿病防治指南(2010年版)》。(3)干预措施:实验组:特定类型的中西医结合治疗。对照组:西医综合治疗。(4)结局指标:临床治疗有效率。[数据收集与分析]由2名评价者按照纳入标准和排除标准独立选择试验、提取资料,交叉核对并评估文献质量,不同之处交流解决。采用资料提取表,提取内容:基线情况、干预措施、疗程等。[主要结果]初筛共获得文献51篇,逐层筛选,最终纳入文献共11篇。纳入11条文献之间无异质性(χ~2=25.66,P=0.01);OR=3.49,95%C[2.44-5.01];治疗有效率中药治疗组87.76%(373/425)优于西医治疗组67%(268/400)(χ~2=6.81,P<0.00001)。[问题与展望]中医药治疗代谢综合征有独特优势,但缺乏统一辨证分型及疗效判定标准。期待未来设计严谨的大样本、随机、双盲临床试验。

[Backgroud] Chinese medicine therapy for metabolic syndrome is effective. [Objective] evaluate the curative effect and security of chinese medicine therapy for metabolic syndrome by meta analysis. [Search Strategy] Search studies in CNKI data by a computer-aided search since January 2000 to February 2017. [Inclusion Criteria]（1）research design： randomized controlled trails of chinese medicine therapy for metabolic syndrome,which is not qualified language.（2）observation subject： the patient who is diagnosed by guidelines for prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes in china（2010）.（3）interventions： treatment group： specific chinese medicine therapy.control group： comprehensive treatment of western medicine.（4）outcome indicator： the efficiency of clinical treatment. [Data Collection and Analysis] 2 valuators select test independently according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,extract data,crosscheck and assess the quality of the literate,communicate about the differences. They use data extraction table,including： baseline situation、intervening measure、courses etc. [Main Conclusion] A total of 51 articles were obtained from the initial screening,and they were screened layer by layer. A total of 11 articles were included in the literature. There was no heterogeneity among the 11 articles included（χ^2=25.66,P=0.01）; OR=3.49,95%C[2.44-5.01]; Treatment efficiency was 87.76%（373/425） better than western medicine treatment Group 67%（268/400）（χ^2=6.81,P〈0.00001）. [The Problems and Prospects] Chinese medicine therapy for metabolic syndrome have unique advantages,while is lack of unifies syndrome type and therapeutic criteria. In future,we expect those experiment with large sample、random、double blind.
