郑心柴胡舒肝散治疗中青年斑秃

Treatment of Alopecia Areata in Middle and Young from Chaihu Shugan San(柴胡舒肝散) by ZHENG Xin(郑心)

郑心教授认为免疫功能紊乱、情志失调、血管舒缩异常及遗传因素等,导致阴阳失调,脏腑亏虚或血瘀阻络,致使肝失濡养,是发生斑秃的主要原因;提出"辨别虚实,灵活用药"的独到见解,投以柴胡疏肝散,重在理气开郁为主,根据兼症血瘀、火郁、湿滞、痰结分别论治,随证化裁,适当辅以西药。

Professor ZHENG Xin believes that the main causes of alopecia areata are immune dysfunction,emotional disorder,abnormal vasomotor contraction and genetic factors; lead to Yin and Yang disorders,deficiency of viscera and viscera or blood stasis blocking collaterals and causing liver loss to nourish alopecia areata. Put forward the original opinion of ＂distinguish the deficiency and the substance,and use the medicine flexibly＂,Chaihu Shugan San,focusing on regulating Qi and opening depression,according to the treatment of blood stasis,fire depression,dampness stagnation and phlegm knot,syndrome differentiation,properly with western medicine.
