针刺联合冠心宁髋关节腔注射治疗早期非创伤性股骨头坏死随机平行对照研究

Acupuncture(针刺) combined with Guanxinning(冠心宁) for Intra-Articular Injection of Hip Joint Cavity for Early Non-Traumatic Femoral Head Necrosis: A Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察针刺联合冠心宁髋关节腔注射治疗早期非创伤性股骨头坏死疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将72例门诊患者就诊顺序号随机分两组。对照组36例冠心宁5m L,髋关节腔部位进行注射,2次/周。治疗组36例针刺(足三里、环跳、三阴交以及阳陵泉),消毒处理,再行针刺。得气后,留针约0.5h左右,然后再捻转约1min,200次/min,1次/d,5次/周。冠心宁治疗同对照组。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、治疗总时间、髋关节功能恢复时间、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组优13例,良12例,可9例,差2例,总有效率94.44%;对照组优7例,良9例,可12例,差8例,总有效率77.78%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗总时间、髋关节恢复时间改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]针刺联合冠心宁髋关节腔注射治疗早期非创伤性股骨头坏死,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with Guanxinning intraarticular injection in the treatment of early non-traumatic femoral head necrosis. [Method] Randomized parallel control method was used to randomly divide the number of 72 outpatient visits into two groups. In the control group, 36 cases of Guanxinning were injected into the hip joint cavity, 2 times per week. In the treatment group, 36 cases of acupuncture（Zusanli, Huantiao, Sanyinjiao and Yanglingquan） were disinfected and acupuncture was performed again. After getting gas, keep the needle for about 0.5 h, and then re-twist for about 1 min, 200 times/min, once/d, 5 times/week. Guanxinning treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 3 months is a course of treatment. Observe the clinical symptoms, total treatment time, hip function recovery time, and adverse reactions. Treatment 1 course of treatment, determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group was excellent in 13 cases, good in 12 cases, fair in 9 cases, poor in 2 cases, and the total effective rate was 94.44%. The control group was excellent in 7 cases, good in 9 cases, fair in 12 cases, and poor in 8 cases. The total effective rate was 77.78% The treatment group was superior to the control group（P〈0.01）. The total treatment time and hip recovery time improved in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Acupuncture combined with Guanxinning hip joint cavity injection for the treatment of early non-traumatic femoral head necrosis, with satisfactory results, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
