[Objective] To observe the effect of acupuncture on recurrent aphthous ulcers(recurrent oral ulcer/hysteresis/湿热蕴滞). [Method] Randomized parallel control method was used. 80 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the visiting order number. In the control group,40 cases of vitamin B2,10 mg/times and vitamin C,0.2 g/time,3 times/day were continuously administered for 3 days at the first visit, and continued to be taken for the first time in the fourth week for 3 days. In the treatment group,40 cases of acupuncture(bilateral Tianshu,Zusanli,Hegu, etc.) were performed using a 0.25 mm×40 mm millimeter needle in a vertical direction. The needle was retained for 30 minutes, and the needle was performed every 10 minutes once per day for 1 time every 6 days. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks is a course of treatment. Observe clinical symptoms, healing speed, and adverse reactions. Treatment 1 course of treatment, determine the efficacy. [Results] There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups at 7 days(P〈0.05). The 30-day treatment group was superior to the control group(P〈0.05). Healing time:〈 3 d,〉7 d,no significant difference between the two groups(P〉0.05); 4-6 d treatment group was better than the control group(P〈0.05). [Conclusion] Acupuncture treatment for recurrent aphthous ulcer(recurrent oral ulcer/hysteresis) has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions. It is worth promoting.
