摘要
科研基地是高校实行科研工作的基础与保障,其是学科建立与科技革新的平台,更加是聚集科学技术人才最为有效的方式。本文针对高校科研基地建立的内涵实行了钻研,而且解析了基地建立当中拥有的问题,并说明了高校科研基地建立的发展策略。
Scientific research bases are the basis and guarantee for the implementation of scientific research work in colleges and universities. It is a platform for the establishment of disciplines and scientific and technological innovation, and it is the most effective way to gather scientific and technical personnel This paper aims at the connotation of the establishment of scientific research bases in universities, and analyzes the problems in the establishment of bases, and explains the development strategies for the establishment of scientific research bases in universities.
