摘要
针对传统DC/DC变换器功率损耗较高的问题,提出了一种电感电流在超临界连续工作方式下实现DC/DC变换器软开关的控制策略。该控制策略采用同步整流技术与电感电流反向相结合,使得主开关管与续流开关管工作在软开关方式下,以降低开关损耗。首先介绍了电流在超临界连续模式下的工作原理,分析并给出了主电路控制策略,然后研究了该电路的控制模型并设计了其闭环动态系统,最后设计了一套电感电流临界连续且反向的100 W Buck变换器实验原型电路。实验结果证实了分析和设计的有效性。
In terms of the problem that the traditional DC/DC converter brings high power loss.This paper proposes a control strategy of inductor current work in supercritical continuous operation mode to realize the soft switch of DC/DC converter.The control strategy adopts synchronous rectification technology and inductance current reverse,so that the main switch tube and the freewheeling switch tube both work in soft-switching mode to reduce the switching loss.Firstly,the working principle of the new circuit is analyzed in detail,and the control strategy of main circuit is analyzed and given,and then the control model of the circuit is studied and its closed-loop dynamic system is designed.Finally,an experimental prototype circuit of 100 WBuck converter with critical current and reverse current of the inductor is designed.The experimental results confirm the validity of this paper's analysis and design.
