漂珠玻璃废渣制备多孔玻璃材料 被引量:2

Preparation of Porous Glass Material from Floating Beads and Waste Glass

摘要 利用漂珠替代传统的玻璃发泡剂,以废玻璃粉渣和漂珠为主要原料,采用低温烧结法制备出空心微珠多孔玻璃。采用综合热分析仪、X射线粉末衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜等分析测试手段,系统研究了原料配比及烧结制度对多孔玻璃表观密度、平晶相结构、显微组织、压缩强度和导热系数的影响规律。结果表明:利用漂珠和废玻璃粉渣为主要原料,外加5%CaF2作为助熔剂,通过改变废玻璃粉与粉煤灰漂珠比例,在650730℃烧结,可制备显气孔率为45.67%62.86%,抗压强度可达0.611.17 MPa、导热系数为0.2230.432 W/m·K的多孔玻璃。 Porous glass with more than 45% open porosity were fabricated from waste glass and floating beads instead of the traditional glass foam agent sintered at low temperature. The properties of porous glass, such as apparent density, crystal structure, microstructure, compressive strength, and mechanical properties were studied systematically by means of comprehensive thermal analysis, X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that by changing the sintering temperature from 650 to 730 ℃ and adjusting the ratio of waste glass and floating beads with 5% CaF2 as cosolvent, we can prepare a porous glass with the distributions of porous porosity, compressive strength and the thermal conductivity are 45.67% 62.86%, 0.61 1.17 MPa, 0.223 0.432 W/m·K, respectively, from the source of floating beads and waste glass.
