安徽省高校图书馆新浪认证微博服务的调研与分析

Research and Analysis of Sina Verified Microblog Service of University Libraries in Anhui Province

以安徽省高校图书馆新浪认证微博为调研对象,对微博的开通情况、开设时间、发布数量、更新频率、粉丝数、关注数、发布内容进行调查与统计,分析微博在服务过程中出现的问题,并提出提高微博服务意识、加强规范化管理、丰富和深化微博内容、加强与用户的互动等相应对策。

The paper conducts a survey based on the Sina verified microblogs of 119 university libraries of Anhui Province,investigates and counts their construction status,register time,numbers,update frequency,number of fans,attention number and contents,analyzes the problems in the process of service of the microblogs,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures,such as improving the consciousness of service,strengthening standardized management,enriching and deepening the content of microblog,and strengthening interaction with users.
