摘要
构建突发公共卫生事件知识库,为实际应急响应过程提供知识内容与服务,以期降低突发公共卫生事件造成的损失与负面影响。通过梳理现有应急知识库构建方案,分析突发公共卫生事件知识库的功能,并对其模块结构进行划分。使用B/S架构、数据库、本体等完成知识库原型系统构建。知识获取系统是知识库的基础,知识存储系统是知识库的核心,知识应用系统是知识库系统的关键,系统管理系统为知识库的正常运行提供保障。
Constructing the knowledge base system is important for handling public health emergencies. It can provide knowledge content and services to emergency response, and will minimize the negative influence and wastage of the emergencies. Based on the survey of construction scheme of knowledge base for emergency response, this paper analyzed the functions of the knowledge bases for public health emergency, and designed the module structure of knowledge base. This research used the B/S model, database and ontology to construct prototype system of knowledge base for public health emergencies. Knowledge acquisition is the basic module, knowledge storage is the core module, knowledge application is the crucial module of the knowledge base, and system management modules provide guarantee for the normal operation of knowledge base.
