摘要
石墨相氮化碳(g-C_3N_4)是一种不含金属的聚合物半导体光催化剂,具有独特的电子能带结构、优异的化学稳定性和热稳定性、良好的生物相容性等优点使其广泛应用于催化、生物和能源等领域。研究结果表明,与块体g-C_3N_4相比,二维g-C_3N_4纳米片不仅具有增强的本征性质,还能产生很多新的物理化学性质,拓宽了其应用领域。阐述近年来国内外层状材料g-C_3N_4的主要剥离方法,分析不同方法的优缺点,对其他层状材料的剥离具有借鉴意义。
The graphitic carbon nitride(g-C3N4)is a metal-free polymer semiconductor photocatalyst with unique electronic band structure,excellent chemical and thermal stabilities,good biocompatibility and other advantages to enable it to be widely used in catalysis,biotechnology,electrochemical and other fields.The results show that the twodimensional g-C3N4 nanosheets not only have enhanced intrinsic properties but also have some new properties compared with bulk g-C3N4,which broaden their applications.Focusing on its preparation,the main exfoliation methods of g-C3N4 in recent years,the advantages and disadvantages of different methods which was also meaningful for delamination of other layered materials were described.
