三种方法在隐裂牙根管治疗中预防牙折的疗效比较

Evaluation of the Three Differrent Ways to Prevent Cracked Teeth from Fracture During Endodontics

目的:比较正畸带环、塑料临时冠和降低咬合三种措施在隐裂牙根管治疗过程中预防牙折的疗效。方法:选取需要根管治疗的隐裂牙90例,随机分成正畸带环组、塑料临冠组、降低咬合组三组,每组30例,分别采用正畸带环、塑料临时冠和降低患牙咬合的方法对根管治疗期间的隐裂牙进行保护,观察三者在根管治疗期间的牙折发生率。结果:正畸带环组和塑料临时组的牙折率明显低于降低咬合组(P<0.05),而正畸带环组和塑料临时冠组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:正畸带环和塑料冠能大大降低隐裂牙根管治疗期间牙折的风险。

Objective To evaluate the effects of three different ways,orthodontic band,Plastic temporary crown and occlusal reduction to prevent cracked teeth from fracture during root canal theraphy（ RCT）. Methods Totally 90 cases of fractured teeth requiring root canal treatment were randomly divided into three groups： orthodontic band group,plastic group and occlusal group,with 30 cases in each group. Orthodontic band,plastic temporary crown and lower teeth bite method to protect the hidden root during root canal treatment to observe the incidence of tooth fractures during root canal therapy. Results： The tooth fracture rate of orthodontic band group and plastic temporary crown group tooth fracture rate was significantly lower than that of the occlusal reduction group（ P〈0.05）,but there was no significant difference between the orthodontic band group and plastic temporary crown group（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion Orthodontic band and plastic crown can greatly reduce the risk of tooth fractures during root canal healing.
