美丽乡村建设背景下的传统文化保护

On the Traditional Culture Protection under the Background of Beautiful Rural Construction

乡村文化不仅是我国传统文化的重要组分之一,更是中华民族精神情感的根基。然而,随着城市化进程的不断加快,我国乡村的诸多传统建筑受到破坏,一系列非物质文化遗产湮灭在城镇化改造过程中。为此,党的十八大报告提出了美丽乡村建设任务,以期唤醒群众的乡土意识,促进城乡协调发展,进而实现对传统文化的保护。但目前在美丽乡村建设过程中,传统文化保护还存在着许多问题,包括文化规划体系不够健全、文化遗产遭遇"建设性"破坏、农民主体作用发挥不足等,这主要是由于现代化进程对乡村文化的冲击与消解,各方对文化保护的重要性认识不足以及乡村文化保护政策不健全、经费保障不充足。因此,我们党还需提升规划的科学性,完善顶层设计;健全法律法规,优化体制机制;强化自身引导职能,拓宽资金筹集渠道。

Rural culture is not only one of the important components of our country’s traditional culture,but also the foundation of spiritual emotions of the Chinese nation. However, with the accelerating process of urbanization, many traditional buildings in rural areas in China have been destroyed, and a series of intangible cultural heritages have been eliminated in the process of urbanization. To this end,the Party’s 18 th report put forward the task of building beautiful countryside in order to awaken the people’s sense of locality, promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, and then achieve the protection of traditional culture. However, in the process of building beautiful countryside,there are still many problems in the protection of traditional cultures, including inadequate cultural planning systems, cultural constructions that suffer from ＂constructive＂ destruction, and inadequate peasants’ main role. This is mainly due to the modernization process of rural culture. Impact and resolution, lack of awareness of the importance of cultural protection by all parties, and inadequate rural cultural protection policies and inadequate funding guarantees. Therefore, our party still needs to improve the scientificity of planning, improve the top-level design, improve laws and regulations, and optimize the institutional mechanisms; strengthen its own guiding functions and broaden funding channels.
