摘要 新疆少数民族地区学前双语教育作为自治区九大惠民工程中的"1号工程",政府制定一系列政策措施并提供充足的资金保障教育惠民"1号工程"的顺利实施,与快速发展的"硬件"相比,师资队伍短缺、教师双语能力弱、结构不合理、专业素质和技能低等"软件"问题将成为学前双语教育发展的短板。本文以吐鲁番职业技术学院学前教育专业为例,分析"双语双师型"教师队伍现状,提出学前教育专业"双语双师型"教师队伍建设途径,以期为同类学校解决类似问题提供借鉴范例。 XirJiang minority nationality district preschool bilingual education as the autonomous region in nine huimin en- gineering project "1", The government to make a series of policy measures and provide sufficient funds to ensure education HuiMin smooth implementation of the "No. 1 project", compared with the rapid development of the "hardware", shortage of teachers, teachers' bilingual ability weak, unreasonable structure, low professional qualities and skills, the "software" problem will become the pre-school bilingual education development. Taking Turpan Vocational and Technical College majoring in preschool education as an example, the analysis of the "bilingual double division type" teachers present situation, proposed pre-school education professional "bilingual double type" teachers team construction, so as to provide reference for similar schools to solve similar problems.
