高职院校辅导员职业能力培养途径探析

An Analysis of the Ways to Train the Vocational College Counselors' Professional Ability

目前,高职院校的发展和改革面临较大的机遇与挑战,教育部对高职院校寄予了很高的厚望,但是,高职院校人才培养存在一定困难与问题,高职院校辅导员被赋予了更多的职能,急需培养并提高其职务能力,本文分析了高职院校辅导员工作特点,并于本科院校辅导员工作进行对比,提出了培养辅导员职业能力的途径,并给出了实施的建议。

At present, the development and reform of higher vocational colleges face greater opportunities and challenges. The Ministry of Education places high expectations on higher vocational colleges. However, there are certain difficulties and problems in the cultivation of higher vocational colleges. The counselors have been given more functions and are in urgent need of training and improving their job capabilities. This article analyzes the characteristics of the counselors in higher vocational colleges, compares the work of the counselors in undergraduate colleges, and proposes ways to train the professional abilities of the counselors, and gives recommendations for implementation.
