摘要
普通高中阶段的跨校学习作为教学改革的一个方向,可以实现资源共享、满足学生的多样化发展,但是在具体操作过程中,由于各方管理理念不同、对接不到位等原因,对学生的思想教育、行为品德管理等方面有所忽视,如何构建全程化的德育管理体系是当前跨校管理当中首要考虑的问题。
As a direction of teaching reform, the common high school phase of cross-school learning can achieve resource sharing and meet the diversified development of students. However, in the course of specific operations, due to different management concepts of different parties and incomplete connection, the students' thinking education, behavior and moral management, etc. How to construct a full-scale moral education management system is the most important issue in current cross-school management.
