应用型经济管理类专业经济法课程实践教学体系的合理构建

Rational Construction of Practical Teaching System of Applied Economic Management Professional Economic Law Courses

目前我国的高等教育进入大众化的阶段,在高等院校需要向社会输送复合型,实践性人才的背景下,我们不难发现目前的毕业生是很难满足于这一要求的。因此应用型经济管理类专业经济法课程实践教学体系的搭建就显得特别的有必要。本文总结了目前我们传统的经济法课程教学体系中的主要存在的问题。针对于这些问题本文是基于目的性原则,理论与实际相结合原则,巩固与适当拓展原则下,来对应用型经济管理类专业经济法课程实践体系的构建提供具体的方案。

At present, China＇s higher education has entered the stage ofmassification. Under the background that colleges and universities need to transmit complex and practical talents to the society, it is not difficult for us to find that current graduates are hardly satisfied with this requirement. Therefore, the construction of practical teaching system of applied economic management professional economic law curriculum is particularly necessary. This article summarizes the main problems in our current economic law curriculum system. In view of these problems, this paper is based on the principle of purpose, the principle of combination of theory and practice, the principle of consolidation and appropriate expansion, and provides specific plans for the construction of a practical system of practical economics management courses.
