手术室高危患者发生压疮的原因分析及护理对策

Analysis of the Causes of Pressure Sore in High-risk Patients in Operation Room and Nursing Countermeasures

选取2016年1月至2017年1月在我院进行手术治疗的患者中选取60例,评价其法声压疮的原因,观察组和对照组患者人数均为30例,所接受的护理措施分别为手术室护理及常规护理,观察比较两组患者的治疗护理效果。研究发现,对选择手术治疗的患者,做好压疮发生的评估,实施科学有效的手术室护理,对降低患者发生压疮的几率,保证患者的治疗舒适度均有显著效果。

From January 2016 to January 2017, we selected 60 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital to evaluate the causes of FAS. The number of patients in both the observation group and the control group was 30. The nursing measures received were for the operating room nursing and routine nursing, observe and compare the effect of treatment and care between the two groups of patients. The study found that the selection of patients for surgical treatment, the assessment of pressure ulcers, and the implementation of scientific and effective operating room care have a significant effect on reducing the incidence of pressure sores in patients and ensuring the patient＇s treatment comfort.
