摘要
预应力部分外包组合结构是预应力钢-混凝土组合结构的一种特殊形式,有自重轻、跨度大、截面尺寸小和节约材料等特性,能够很好地提高构件的承载力。对8根部分外包组合简支梁进行了承载力试验研究,其中包括6根预应力和2根普通部分外包组合简支梁。研究表明:横截面面积越大预应力部分外包钢的抗弯承载力越高;而且预应力部分外包组合简支梁相对与普通部分外包组合简支梁,抗弯承载力和变形能力有很大的提高。在试验研究的基础上,提出了预应力部分外包组合简支梁承载力建议计算公式,为预应力部分外包组合简支梁在建筑工程上的应用提供了较好的理论基础。
Prestressed partially concrete encased composite beam is a special form, and has many advantages such as light weight, large span, small section size. saving material, etc. It can also enhance the bearing capacity of components. In this paper, eight specimens are studied, including two partially concrete encased composite beams and six partially prestressed concrete encased composite beams. The test results indicate that larger cross section can lead to higher bending bearing capacity. Relative to partially concrete encased composite beams,partially prestressed concrete encased composite Beams have better flexural hearing capacity and deformation capacity. Based on this experimental research, a calculation formula of bearing capacity of partially prestressed concrete encased composite beams is proposed. The paper also provides a reference for the application of prestressed composite beams in construction projects.
