City Thinking and Collective Memory

本文从一种集体性的城市理解出发,通过阐述记忆的关键性作用,从多角度探讨了建筑师如何能够参与到既建立在已有集体意识之上,又并非回溯而是面向未来的城市/建筑设计之中,以及在此基础上如何能够区别于日常所熟知的事物而发展出具有诗意的设计。

This article starts from thinking of the city as a collective structure. And by interpreting the key role played by memory, the author discusses how architects can participate in this city / architecture design, which is not only based on the existing collective consciousness but at the same time oriented to the future. And how does a design alienate from the familiar things and develop poetry.
