摘要
目的建立准确便捷检测薄荷脑中多种重金属元素含量的方法。方法采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法检测薄荷脑中多种重金属元素的含量,工作参数为射频功率1.4 k W,等离子体气流速度为14 L·min^(-1),辅助气流速度为0.2 L·min^(-1),雾化气流速度为0.6 L·min^(-1),蠕动泵速为0.8 L·min^(-1),以轴向方式采集信号。结果 ICP-OES法检测薄荷脑中As、Ba、Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Hg、Mn、Ni、Pb等重金属元素均具有良好的检出限、精密度、重复性和准确度。结论 ICP-OES能够准确快捷检测薄荷脑中多种重金属元素,对提高薄荷脑的质检效率具有参考意义。
OBJECTIVE To establish an accurate and convenient method to detect the content of various heavy metals in menthol. METHODS Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was used to determine various impurities in menthol with radio-frequency power 1.4 kW, plasma gas flow rate of 14 L·min^-1, auxiliary gas flow rate of 0.2 L· min^-1, atomizing air speed of 0.6 L·min^-1 , the peristaltic pump speed was 0.8 L·min^-1 and the axial direction for signal acquisition. RESULTS As, Ba, Cd,Co, Cr, Cu, Hg, Mn, Ni, Ph in Menthol were detected by ICP-OES with desirable detection limit, precision, repeatability and accuracy. CONCLUSION ICP-0ES can detect various heavy metal elements in menthol accurately and effectively.
