水基流延法制备固体氧化物燃料电池工艺的研究 被引量:1

Study on Preparation of Solid Oxide Fuel Cells by Aqueous-based Tape Casting

摘要 采用粘度测试仪对不同浆料配比影响浆料的流动性进行了研究。结果表明,当溶剂含量在30%~35%时,浆料比较均匀,沉积现象不明显,流延后的浆料厚度比较好控制,并且表面均匀完整;分散剂的含量为1%时,浆料具有较好的流变学性能;当分散剂在p H为8的环境中,达到较好的分散性能,同时浆料的沉降现象不明显;浆料的粘性在混磨24小时左右趋于缓和;当R值(增塑剂与粘结剂质量比)为1时具有较好的流变学性能。从而确定水机流延配方及球磨环境和球磨时间。 Effect of slurry ratio on fluidity was studied by viscosity tester. The results show that with 30 ~ 35% solvent,the slurry is uniform and the deposition phenomenon is not obvious; the slurry thickness after tape casting is well controlled and the surface is uniform and complete. When the dispersant content is 1 wt%,the slurry has better rheological properties. The dispersant achieves good dispersing performance at pH 8 and the slurry is not easy to settle. The viscosity of the slurry tends to be moderate after 24 h mixing. The rheological behavior of the slurry is significantly improved when R = 1. Thus the formula of aqueous-based tape casting,the ball milling environment and time are determined.
