摘要
利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机研究了稀土对高强IF钢热轧过程中再结晶行为的影响及再结晶与组织演变的关系。结果表明,稀土对高强IF钢的动态再结晶有抑制作用,对静态再结晶具有促进作用。确定了奥氏体再结晶温度区和非再结晶温度区,发现在奥氏体未再结晶区内进行大压下率轧制有利于奥氏体分解时的组织细化。研究结果为相应材料轧制工艺制定提供了依据。
Dynamic and static recrystallization behavior of high strength interstitial free steel( IFHS) during hot rolling and relationship between recrystallization and microstructure evolution were simulated by using a Gleeble-1500 D thermo-mechanical simulator.The results indicate that the rare earth restrain dynamic recrystallization behavior and promote static recrystallization behavior of IFHS. The recrystallization temperature region and non-recrystallization temperature region have been determined and the research has found that high pressure rolling in the non-recrystallization temperature region is beneficial for microstructure refinement during austenite decomposition. The research results provide a basis for the formulation of corresponding material rolling process.
