老年高血压抑郁症状的发生率及干预的效果研究

目的了解老年高血压人群抑郁症状的发生率及针对性干预的效果。方法选择东莞市企石镇60周岁以上的高血压居民846例作为本次的研究对象,以GOS-15评分进行分组,无抑郁组527例,抑郁组319例,调查高血压人群抑郁症的发病率、社会支持得分情况及干预满意度。结果无抑郁组高血压老年人的主观支持、社会支持利用度和社会支持得分均高于抑郁组。抑郁组干预后的主观支持、社会支持利用度和社会支持得分均高于干预前,干预后SBP、DBP均低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05):干预后,319例老年高血压抑郁症患者的满意率为90.60%。结论老年高血压患者抑郁症发病率较高,综合护理干预既能改善抑郁症的病情,又能有效控制血压,提高老年高血压人群的生活质量,可以推广使用。

Objective To investigate the incidence and effect of targeted intervention of depressive symptoms in the elderly with hypertension. Methods 846 cases of hypertension residents over 60 years old in Qishi Town of Dongguan were selected as the subjects, and divided into non-depression group with 527 cases and depression group with 319 cases, according to the GOS-15 score. The incidence of depression,social support score and intervention satisfaction in hypertensive population were investigated. Results The scores of subjective support, social support utilization and social support in the non depression group were higher than those in the depression group; The scores of subjective support, social support utilization and social support after intervention of the depression group were higher than those before intervention;The SBP and DBP after intervention were lower than those before intervention; The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After the intervention, the satisfaction rate of 319 elderly patients with hypertension and depressive symptoms was 90.60%. Conclusion The incidence of depression in elderly hypertensive patients is high. Comprehensive nursing intervention can not only improve the condition of depression, but also effectively control blood pressure and improve the quality of life of elderly hypertensive patients, which can be widely used.
