摘要
冠状动脉血管包括心外膜下冠状动脉、前小动脉及小动脉,冠状动脉的血流阻力主要来自于前小动脉与小动脉,其共同构成了冠状动脉微循环。冠状动脉微循环在心肌血供中起到重要作用,微血管通过收缩与舒张功能调节改变冠状动脉血流量,从而影响心肌灌注。冠状动脉微循环功能障碍的发病原因包括冠状动脉微血管的结构异常及冠状动脉微血管的功能异常。微血管心绞痛是冠状动脉微循环功能障碍的主要临床表现类型。冠状动脉造影检查正常的情况下,心绞痛的发生与冠状动脉微循环功能障碍密切相关。本文就冠状动脉微循环功能障碍的诊断与治疗进展进行综述。
The coronary artery is composed of the inferior coronary artery, the anterior small artery and the small artery. Coronary arterial flow resistance mainly comes from the anterior small artery and the small artery, which together constitute the coronary microcirculation. The coronary microcirculation plays an important role in myocardial blood supply, and the microvessels can change the blood flow of coronary artery through contraction and diastolic function, thereby affecting myocardial perfusion. The pathogenesis of coronary microcirculation dysfunction includes the structural abnormalities of coronary microvessels and the abnormal function of coronary microvessels. Microvascular angina is the main clinical manifestation of coronary microcirculation dysfunction. In the normal condition of coronary angiography, angina pectoris is closely related to the coronary microcirculation dysfunction. This article reviews the progress of diagnosis and treatment of coronary microcirculation dysfunction.
