对老年高血压患者进行社区护理干预的价值分析

The value of community nursing intervention in senile hypertension patients

目的探讨老年高血压患者接受社区护理干预的价值。方法将2016年10月-2017年10月东莞市樟木头镇社区卫生服务中心诊治的200例高血压老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组实行常规护理干预,观察组应用社区护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后两组患者的舒张压和收缩压均低于护理前;护理后观察组血压低于对照组;观察组的血压控制达标率、生活质量和自我管理水平均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区护理干预应用于老年高血压患者的血压控制具有极大的护理价值,可有效改善患者的生活质量,提高患者的自我管理水平,可在社区大力推广。

Objective To explore the value of community nursing intervention in senile hypertension patients. Methods 200 senile hypertension patients treated in Zhangmutou Town Community Health Service Center of Dongguan City from October 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, the observation group was given community nursing intervention. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The diastolic blood pressure and systolic pressure after nursing were all lower than those before nursing; The blood pressure of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group; The blood pressure control rate, quality of life and self-management level in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group; The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Community nursing intervention was applied to blood pressure control in senile hypertension patients with great care value, which can effectively improve the life quality of patients, improve patient self-management level, can be vigorously promoted in the community.
