摘要
目的探讨社区护理干预改善糖尿病患者血糖控制与提高遵医行为的成效。方法将2016年10月-2017年10月东莞市樟木头镇社区卫生服务中心的200例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组患者给予基础护理干预,观察组患者给予社区护理干预,包括建立健康档案、个性化指导、优化健康教育、饮食护理、运动和生活习惯干预,比较两组血糖控制、遵医行为情况。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平明显低于对照组,观察组按时检查、饮食控制、自我检测、药物疗法、运动疗法的遵医率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区护理干预可有效改善糖尿病患者血糖控制效果,提高患者遵医行为,建议推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on improving glycemic control in diabetic patients and improving compliance. Methods 200 diabetic patients in Zhangmutou Town Community Health Service Center of Dongguan City from October 2016 to October 2017 were ran domly divided into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given basic nursing interventions and the community nursing interventions were performed in the observation group patients, including the establishment of health records, personalized guidance, optimization of health education, diet care, exercise and lifestyle intervention, the two groups were compared with blood glucose control and compliance behavior. Results The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group; The compliance rate of check on time, diet control, self-test, drug therapy and exercise therapy were significantly higher than those in the control group the differences were statistically significant( P〈0.05).Conclusion Community nursing intervention can effectively improve the blood sugar control effect of dia-betic patients, improve the compliance behavior of patients, and recommend the promotionuse.
