摘要
本文分析了金融体系支持创新的现状及存在的问题,从商业银行体系、资本市场、保险、信用担保体系以及政策性银行等不同论述了制度设计和监管要求以及服务模式和产品提供等方面存在的制约因素,对如何完善支持创新的金融体系提出了政策建议,包括构建支持技术创新的银行服务体系、强化资本市场对技术创新的支持等。
The paper analyzed the status quo and existing problem of the financial system＇s support for innovation. It examined the constraining factors lying with the commercial banking system, the capital market, insurance, the credit guarantee system and policy banks in relation to their system design, regulatory requirements, service model and product offering. Then it offered some policy suggestions on how to improve the financial system＇s support for innovation, including constructing a banking service system in support of technical innovation, strengthening the capital market＇s support for technical innovation, etc..
