活性物对防晒SPF和PFA的提升作用

Enhancement of SPF and PFA of sunscreen cosmetics by skincare actives

在防晒配方中加入具有舒缓作用的活性物,并研究了其人体法测定SPF和PFA的功效。结果表明,在不添加额外防晒剂的条件下,防晒配方中加入Sym Relief 100和Sym Calmin能够有效减少皮肤受到日光照射后的炎症反应,提高最终人体法测得的防晒指数SPF(14.2%)和PFA值(28.6%),从而来达到提高紫外防护的目的。此发现对于新型防晒产品的开发有着重要的指导意义。

Soothing actives were added to the formulas of sunscreen cosmetics, and their effects on SPF and PFA were measured through in vivo test. The results show that, without adding additional sun-screening agents, the addition of SymRelief 100 and SymCalmin in sunscreen formulas can effectively soothe the inflammatory reactions of skin after exposure to sunlight, which also increases the SPF （by 14.2%） and PFA （by 28.6%） through in vivo test. Thus the aim of enhancement of UV protection is achieved. This work is useful for the development of novel sunscreen products.
