酷似室性心动过速的房室旁道折返性心动过速一例
摘要
一名42岁男性患者,因阵发性心悸入院。心动过速未发作时心电图提示窦性心律、心电轴左偏、左前分支传导阻滞。心动过速发作时心电图为宽QRS波心动过速、无人区电轴、I和aVL导联呈rS型。诊断左后分支室性心动过速。腔内电生理检查诊断为经左后分支逆传的房室折返性心动过速,进行射频消融治疗成功,反复验证,未诱发心动过速。随访3个月,心动过速未发作。
