摘要
目的:改进《中国药典》2015年版连翘项下连翘苷含量测定方法。方法:优化连翘苷含量测定方法,简化供试品溶液制备方法。结果:优化后的连翘苷含量测定方法操作简便快捷,连翘苷在0.179 1~17.905 3μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(R^2=0.999 9),回收率平均值为99.9%(RSD为1.4%),与原方法测定结果一致。结论:改进后方法操作简便,重复性好。
Objective： To＇improve the determination method of forsythin in monograph of forsythia suspensa of ChP 2015. Methods： The determination method of forsythin was optimized, and the sample preparation method was simplified. Results： The optimized determination method was simple. The linear range fell into the range of 0. 179 1 - 17. 905 3μg （R^2 =0. 999 9） , and the average recovery was 99.9% with RSD as 1.4%. The obtained test results were consistent with that obtained with ChP 2015 method. Conclusion： This improved method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
