摘要 目的:分析信息科在IT运维服务过程中应用FOCUS-PDCA模型对质量持续改进的管理效果。方法:统计2015—2016年IT运维服务总数,采用FOCUS-PDCA模型对IT运维服务进行质量持续改进,比较质量持续改进前后取得的效果。结果:实施质量持续改进后故障发生次数明显减少。结论:FOCUS-PDCA模型在医院IT运维服务质量持续改进方面起着积极的作用,使医院IT故障率明显降低,确保医院信息系统更加稳定可靠。 Objective: The management effect of the application of FOCUS-PDCA model on continuous quality improvement in the IT operation and maintenance service process is analyzed. Methods: The total number of IT operation and maintenance services in 2015—2016 years is counted, and the quality improvement of IT operation and maintenance service is improved by FOCUS-PDCA model, and compare the effect of continuous quality improvement before and after. Results: The number of failures is significantly reduced after the continuous improvement of quality. Conclusion: The FOCUS-PDCA model plays a positive role in the continuous improvement of IT operation and maintenance service quality in hospitals, so that the hospital IT failure rate is significantly reduced, and the hospital information system is more stable and reliable.
