摘要
随着医院信息化不断发展,市场对医院诊疗服务提出更高要求。2016年,国家又进一步提出推行非急诊全面预约诊疗。全景预约平台的构建,可提供各种诊疗的预约服务,以资源为中心,提取医院可预约的资源(包括:就诊号、检查资源、检验资源、床位资源、手术资源等),通过统一平台对资源进行定义、管理及排班计划。对外发布预约服务,支持第三方系统接入,对内全面整合医院现有预约业务,对外全面扩展预约渠道,实现预约流程统一化、规范化,提升医院资源集约化高效管理,提升服务能力。
With the development of hospital informatization, the market puts forward higher requirements on hospital treatment services. In 2016, the state further proposed the implementation of non-emergency comprehensive appointment clinics.
