门诊智能提示系统的应用分析

Application and Analysis of Outpatient Intelligence Remider System

目的:建设区域门诊智能提示系统以实现对社区门诊不合理用药的实时智能提醒,减少医患纠纷和医疗费用。方法:利用合理用药知识库与医院HIS、健康档案集成,配合患者身份匹配等技术手段,按照业务规则进行智能提示。结果:系统上线两年多以来,共进行用药风险提示3 539 765次,重复提示4 016 025次,社区医疗机构的智能提示主要集中于慢性病用药问题。结论:系统通过智能化手段可有效规范不合理医疗行为,发现实际医疗工作中存在的质量问题,有利于降低用药风险,节省医疗费用。

Objective： A regional outpatient intelligence reminder system is built to real time intelligent reminding of irrational drug use in community outpatients and reduce doctor-patient disputes and medical costs. Methods： Using the knowledge base of rational drug, and integration with hospital HIS and health archives, and technical means such as matching of patients＇ ID information, then intelligent prompt according to business rules. Results： The results indicate that the number of drug risk is 3 539 765 and the number of repeated prompting is 4 016 025 since the system was online for more than 2 years. The intelligence of community medical institutions is mainly focused on the prescriptions of chronic diseases. Conclusion： The system can effectively regulate irrational medical behavior by means of intelligent means and excavate the quality problems in the curative activity. The application of outpatient intelligence reminder system is beneficial to reduce the drug risk and save medical expenses.
