摘要 目的:患者在大型综合三甲医院就诊时对医生出诊情况、对医学专家擅长的领域及患者了解医院各种重要信息均存在盲点,借助自主研发的信息系统对专家出诊信息和医院信息通告进行科学化信息重组。方法:利用以可视化出诊系统为主体的信息系统,对专家出诊信息、停诊信息、排班管理、通告信息等进行优化。结果:在医院的管理手段下,能够平衡患者和医生之间的信息不对称性,促进了医院的服务理念转变,患者对医院的服务水平评价也随之改善。结论:综合利用可视化出诊信息系统有助于改善患者就诊体验,提升医院综合评价和竞争力。 Objective: Most of patients have variety of blind spots for the doctor's visit situation, the fields of expertise for hospital experts and the important information from hospital while visiting a large comprehensive tertiary hospital, we can reorganize the data of experts' visiting information and hospital bulletin by means of independently developed information system. Methods: We can optimize the experts' visiting situation, stopping information, scheduling management and announcement information with the help of information system based on visual visiting system. Results: Under the management of hospital, the information asymmetry between doctors and patients can be balanced, the service concept of the hospital can be promoted, evaluation for the hospital service from patients will also be improved. Conclusion: The visual doctor's visiting information system helps to improve the treatment experience of patients, it also helps to enhance the comprehensive evaluation and competitiveness of the hospital.
