康复助手APP在膝关节镜围手术期患者健康教育中的应用

Application of rehabilitation assistant APP in health education of knee arthroscopic perioperative patients

目的:评估康复助手APP软件在膝关节镜围手术期患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年6月至2017年5月在复旦大学附属中山医院骨科行关节镜手术的220例患者,其中120例为对照组,100例为观察组。对照组患者仅按照护理常规进行围手术期口头宣教,观察组患者在常规护理口头宣教的基础上借助康复助手APP软件,通过患者自我学习,进行围手术期健康教育。比较两组患者对围手术期健康教育的掌握程度、护士满意度等情况。结果:观察组患者对护士满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者在术后早期功能锻炼的依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组首次下床时间显著早于对照组(P<0.001);观察组患者健康知识掌握程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:康复助手APP软件能优化关节镜围手术期患者的健康教育效果,增强患者术后早期功能锻炼的依从性,能更好地帮助患者掌握健康教育内容,提高患者对护士的满意度。

Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness of an application program used in perioperative health education period of knee arthroscopic surgery. Methods： A total of 220 patients admitted from June 2016 to May 2017 were divided into two groups; 120 of them were enrolled into the control group and the others were enrolled into the study group. The mastery in healing knowledge, satisfaction of nursing staff and the compliance of physical exercise were compared and analyzed. Results： Compared with the control group, there was significantly difference（P0.001）on the satisfaction of nursing staff, compliance of physical exercise and the first time to get out of bed. The level of health knowledge in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P0.001）. Conclusion： The employ of the application program used in perioperative period of knee arthroscopic surgery can help the patients get a better grasp on the healing knowledge. The patients are more satisfied with nursing staff and more active in physical exercise.
