摘要 神经母细胞瘤是儿童常见的颅外实体肿瘤,是婴儿期发病率和病死率最高的恶性肿瘤。长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是长度超过200个核苷酸,不能编码蛋白质,却具有生物学功能的RNA。近年研究表明lncRNA在肿瘤发生发展过程中参与细胞凋亡调控、肿瘤浸润与转移等过程,具有重要作用。本文介绍目前发现的在神经母细胞瘤诊断、治疗、预后中发挥功能的lncRNA,以期为神经母细胞瘤的诊疗及发病机制提供参考。 Neuroblastoma is the most common extracranial solid tumors in children, accounting for the highest incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in infancy. Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) is an RNA transcript longer than 200 nt with no capacity for coding protein, possessing numerous biological functions. A large number of studies have found that lncRNAs played important roles in cancer progression, such as regulating cancer cell apoptosis, invasion, migration and metastasis, etc. In this review, we will summarize the roles of several lncRNAs in neuroblastoma progression, which would be helpful for the diagnosis and prognosis of neuroblastoma.
