肌内效贴结合针灸推拿康复治疗脑梗死并发肩手综合征的临床效果

Clinical effect of intramuscular effect combined with acupuncture and massage in the treatment of cerebral infarction complicated with shoulder-hand syndrome

目的探讨肌内效贴结合针灸推拿康复治疗脑梗死并发肩手综合征的临床效果。方法选取广西壮族自治区职业病防治研究院2015年12月—2016年12月收治的脑梗死并发肩手综合征患者45例,随机分为对照组(n=24)和观察组(n=21)。对照组患者采用常规康复方式治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行针灸推拿和肌内效贴结合治疗,两组患者均持续治疗3个月。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后上肢运动功能评分表(F-M)、脑卒中专门化生活质量表(SS-QOL)及数字评分法(NRS)评分。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者F-M评分、SS-QOL评分及NRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者F-M评分、SS-QOL评分高于对照组,NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用肌内效贴结合针灸推拿康复治疗脑梗死并肩手综合征的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者的运动功能,缓解患肢疼痛程度,进而提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of intramuscular effect combined with acupuncture and massage in the treatment of cerebral infarction complicated with shoulder-hand syndrome. Methods A total of 45 cases of cerebral infarction complicated with shoulder-hand syndrome patients were selected from December 2015 to December 2016 in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,Institute of Occupational Disease Prevention,which were randomly divided into control group（ n= 24） and observation group（ n = 21）. Control group was given conventional rehabilitation treatment,observation group was given intramuscular effect combined with acupuncture and massage,both groups were treated for three months. The clinical effect and F-M,SS-QOL,NRS scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,no significant differences of F-M scores,SS-QOL scores or NRS scores was found between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）; after treatment,the observation group of F-M scores,SS-QOL scores were higher than control group,NRS scores were lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Intramuscular effect combined with acupuncture and massage have an exactly clinical effect in the treatment of cerebral infarction complicated with shoulder-hand syndrome,it can effectively improve the motor function,relief pain degree and improve the patients＇ quality of life.
