彩色多普勒超声在小儿肠套叠诊断中的应用价值

Application value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of intussusception in children

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在小儿肠套叠诊断中的应用价值。方法选取吉安市遂川县人民医院2017年1—4月收治的急腹症患儿80例,均采用彩色多普勒超声检查仪检查,将彩色多普勒超声检查结果与手术或病理诊断结果进行对比,计算彩色多普勒超声检查的灵敏度和特异度。结果彩色多普勒超声检查的灵敏度为92.64%,特异度为83.33%;超声诊断示:肠套叠的典型图像为横切面呈"同心圆征"或"靶环征",68例小儿肠套叠中经临床X线空气灌肠复位59例,手术治疗9例。结论彩色多普勒超声在诊断小儿肠套叠方面,灵敏度较高,可见典型征象,有利于临床的早期诊断和早期治疗。

Objective To investigate the application value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of intussusception in children. Methods 80 cases of children with acute abdomen were selected from January to April in 2017 in Ji ＇an Suichuan County People＇s Hospital,all children were examined with color Doppler ultrasound examination,compared the color Doppler ultrasound examination results and final surgical or pathological results,and the accuracy rate of the color Doppler ultrasound examination and the rate of misdiagnosis were compared. Results The sensitivity of color Doppler ultrasonography was92. 64%,specificity was 83. 33%; ultrasound diagnosis of intussusception was shown that the typical image was crosscut ＂concentric circle sign＂ or ＂ target sign＂,68 cases of intussusception diagnosed by clinical and radiological air enema reduction in 59 cases,9 cases of successful surgical treatment. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has ahigher sensitivity in the diagnosis of pediatric intussusception,show typical signs,and it is conducive to the early diagnosis and clinical treatment.
