组合式外固定器在治疗复杂胫骨骨折中的应用效果

Application effect of combined external fixator in the treatment of complex tibial fractures

目的探讨组合式外固定器在治疗复杂胫骨骨折中的应用效果。方法选取辽宁省桓仁县中医院2014年7月—2016年1月收治的复杂胫骨骨折患者39例,均采取闭合复位穿针固定法和有限切开复位法进行组合式外固定器治疗,视患者的骨折愈合情况拆除外固定器。结果随访4~18个月,平均(9.0±1.5)个月,患者骨折全部愈合,骨折一期愈合34例,愈合率为87.2%,迟延愈合5例,愈合率为12.8%,总愈合率为100.0%。无关节强直、下肢深静脉血栓形成等并发症发生。结论组合式外固定器在治疗复杂胫骨骨折中的应用效果良好,且并发症少。

Objective To observe the application effect of combined external fixator in the treatment of complex tibial fractures. Methods A total of 39 cases of patients with complex tibial fractures were selected from July 2014 to January 2016 in Huanren County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,all patients were treated by closed reduction and percutaneous pin fixation method and limited open reduction method to combined external fixator,removed the outer retainer according to fracture healing. Results Followed up for 4-18 months,average（ 9. 0 ＋ 1. 5） months,all cases achieved fracture healing criteria,primary healing of fracture was for 34 cases,healing rate was 87. 2%,delay healing of fracture was for 5 cases,healing rate was 12. 8%,the total healing rate was 100. 0%. No ankylosis,deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs or the other complications happended. Conclusion Combined external fixator has a good effect in the treatment of complex tibial fractures,and with less complications.
