作为高科技军事产物,现代潜艇一旦失事,将对海军作战与训练使用、人员和环境、国家经济以及国际地位造成重大影响。目前美、英和俄罗斯等海军技术强国纷纷研制了性能先进的援潜救生装备,具备了快速、可靠、高效的水下潜器救援能力。本文通过对目前国外新型外界援潜救生装备进行研究,分析援潜救生装备技术发展趋势,为我国相关部门提供参考。

Submarine accidents have a major impact on naval operations and training use, personnel and environment,national economy, and international status. At present, strong naval technology nations such as the United States, Britain, and Russia have developed advanced submarine rescue system. This paper analyzes the new external foreign submarine rescue equipment, analyze the technology development trend of aid-submarine life-saving equipment to provide reference for China.
