摘要 开发了一种基于混合信号单片机的实时多通道脉冲计数仪,充分灵活地配置混合单片机的模拟和数字输入通道口,采用中断和查询相结合的方式,在一个芯片上实现了对10路并发脉冲信号的采集判断、宽度识别和计数。对于更多通道的脉冲测量,可以采用片上的IIC总线接口进行扩展。利用片上Flash非易失性存储器实现了数据的记录和保存,解决了数据掉电丢失的问题。基于片上串口采用MODBUS通信协议实现了与主控站进行实时数据传输,真正实现了多通道脉冲采集的片上系统(SoC)。系统具有实时性好、扩展性强、鲁棒性高和成本低等优点。通过实际运行检测,系统可应用于多种多通道脉冲计数的工业现场。 This article researches and develops a real-time multi-channel pulse counting system based on a mixed signal single chip, fully and flexibly configures analog and digital input channels on mixed signal microcomputer, the acquisition, judgement, width identification and count of ten pulse signals are realized on one chip by means of both interruption and query. The on-chip IIC bus interface can be used to extend pulse measurements of more channels. The use of on-chip Flash memory achieves data recording and preservation, solves the data loss problem caused of power down. The author realizes the real-time data transmission between control station and counting system based on on-chip serial port using MODBUS communication protocol, truly develops an on-chip system (SoC) for multi-channel pulse acquisition. The system has the advantages of good real-time, scalable, high robustness and low cost. Through practical operation, the system can he used in many industrial fields of multi-channel pulse counting.
