一种多通道功率输出装置的设计与实现

摘要 为了解决外热流加热器工艺检测工作中操作复杂、效率较低的问题,设计了一种大功率多通道输出装置。基于C8051F020设计了中央控制电路,通过以太网接口与程控电源进行通信,利用继电器切换电路实现了多通道输出的选择,通过触摸屏完成了人机交互设计。针对不同类型电源设计了通用电源驱动框架,基于Visual Studio平台完成了测试软件的开发,具备手动和自动测试功能。测试结果表明,该装置可以控制程控电源高精度输出,输出通道可自由设定,通道切换时间短,系统工作稳定可靠。 To solve the problem of complicated operation and low efficiency in the process of spacecraft's heater detecting work,a multi-channel power output device is designed.This paper designed the central control circuit with C8051 F020,established communication with power supply through the Ethernet interface,achieved multi-channel output options by relay switching circuit,and accomplished human-computer interaction by using LCD and touch screen.This paper also designed a universal power driver framework for different types of power supply,and completed the development of test software with manual and automatic test function based on Visual Studio platform.The practice shows that the device can control the power supply with high-precision output;the output channel can be ser freely;the channel switching time is short and the system is stable and reliable.
