摘要 光纤环是光纤陀螺的敏感部件,为了提高陀螺光纤环的保偏能力,采用光相干域偏振(OCDP)检测技术对光纤环进行检测,以获得光纤环的偏振耦合分布。根据偏振耦合分布特性,定位了保偏能力劣化光纤的主要位置,明确了影响光纤环保偏能力的主要因素,并针对性地对光纤环进行设计优化。优化主要从设计参数和绕环光纤两个方面开展。设计优化后绕制的光纤环偏振耦合分布测试结果表明,光纤环保偏能力显著提高,光纤环的整体偏振耦合幅值减小约15dB,最大偏振耦合幅值减小约9dB。 Fiber coil is the sensing component in fiber optic gyroscope.In order to improve the polarization-maintaining ability of fiber coil used in FOG,optical coherence domain polarization(OCDP)inspection technology was used to testing the fiber coil,and the distributed polarization coupling was achieved.Then the part whose polarizationmaintaining ability was seriously affected was located,and the main influencing factors were demonstrated according to the distributed polarization characteristic.Direction optimal design was performed,and the distributed polarization coupling of fiber coil manufactured after optimization was tested.The results show that the whole polarization coupling magnitude of fiber coil was 15 dB decreased,and its maximum polarization coupling magnitude was 9 dB decreased.The polarization-maintaining ability of fiber coil was significantly improved after optimal design.
