摘要 为分析三峡升船机试运行期间闸首卧倒门支铰连接螺栓断裂的原因,采用理论计算与有限元分析相结合的方法,计算了支铰连接螺栓的拉应力与支铰连接板弯扭折算应力,并据此提出了闸首卧倒门支铰的三种优化改造方案,结合现场实际情况分别指出了各方案的技术难点,可供设计单位在闸首卧倒门支铰优化设计时参考。 To analyze the cause of bolts breakage on the tumble gate support hinge during Three Gorges ship lift in period of test operation, the tensile stress of support hinge bolts and the bending stress of support hinge plate were calcu- lated by combining theoretical calculation with finite element analysis. And then three optimization schemes for the lock head tumble gate support hinge were proposed, and the technical difficulties of the programs were pointed out, consider- ing on-site situation, which can provide reference for design units to optimize lock head tumble gate support hinge.
