非对称式闸站结合式泵站前池流态模型试验研究 被引量:12

A Test Research on the Flow Condition Model in Forebay of Pumping Station for Asymmertric Combined Sluice-pump Station Project

摘要 非对称式闸站结合式泵站结构形式复杂,前池易存在严重的不良流态。为此以某非对称式闸站结合式泵站为例,在6台泵全开、自排孔关闭的工况下设计7种方案,并采用物理模型试验预测了其前池流态,以选择最优方案。结果表明,方案5即在导流墙长度为80cm,并在导流墙上开孔,同时在#3、#4泵站联间封缝处加设三角形底隔墩,在#2、#3及#4、#5泵房联间封缝处加设梯形底隔墩能明显缩小导流墙周围和前池左岸的回旋区面积,改善泵站的进水条件。研究结果为非对称闸站结合式泵站的前池整流研究提供参考。 The structure of combined sluice-pump station project is complicated, which is prone to cause adverse flow pattern in the forebay. In this paper, physical model test was adopted to predict the forebay flow pattern of one asymmer tric combined sluice-pump station project,under the working condition of the self-draining hole closed and 6 pumps fully opened. The results showed that, under the original design, reverse raceway mainly located around the guide wall and left bank was easy to lead to the cavitation in the pump. In view of the deficiency of the original scheme, a better rectifying scheme is obtained by comparing several improved schemes which can reduce the area of the curve. That is to lengthen the diversion pier and open the hole, add the triangular bottom separation pier at the joint sealing between the ^#3 and ^#4 pumping station, and add the trapezoidal bottom separation pier at the sealing joint between the ^#2 and ^#3, ^# 4 and ^# 5 pumping stations. The scheme can obviously reduce the raceway area around the diversion wall and the left bank of the front pool, and improve the inlet condition of the pumping station. Thus it can provide reference for the study of the rec tification in forebay of combined sluice-pump station project.
