A Method for Determining Weights of Experts Based on Dual Perspective of Subject and Object

文章针对群体决策中专家权重未知的问题,提出了一种基于评价主体和评价客体双重视角的专家权重确定方法。首先基于竞优思想,从最有利于体现评价客体价值的角度获取其关于评价专家的赋权矩阵,并依据决策客体对专家赋权的平均偏好和意见的一致性程度确定评价客体的最终意见,以提高评价客体的决策精度;其次依据各评价主体评价值向量的信息熵和个体决策与群体决策之间的偏离程度计算基于评价主体视角的专家权重值;最后在三种分权值的基础上确定专家的总体权重,并通过算例证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。

To solve the problem that the experts＇ weights are unknown in the group decision-making, this paper presents a method of determining the weights of experts based on the evaluators and evaluated objects. Firstly, based on the idea of competitive advantages, the paper obtains the weight matrix of the experts from the perspective most conducive to the evaluation of the value of the object, and depends on the average preference of the object to expert weight and the degree of consistency of opinion to determine the final opinion of the evaluated object, so as to improve the decision accuracy of evaluated object. Secondly, according to the information entropy of evaluation value vector and the degree of deviation between individual decision making and group decision making, the paper calculates the expert weight value from the perspective of the evaluators. Finally, on the basis of three weights, the paper determines the overall weight of the expert. Numerical example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
