The Study of Xi Jinping’s “Three Rural” Thoughts

习近平＂三农＂思想经历了萌芽时期、形成时期、成熟时期和丰富发展时期。习近平＂三农＂思想具有时代性、科学性、人民性、实践性、协调性等鲜明特点,习近平＂三农＂思想具有重要的理论价值和实践价值。本文基于推进要素资源配置机制改革、健全城乡经济社会发展一体化制度、推进农村文化建设改革、推进乡村治理结构改革等焦点问题,进一步就如何落实习近平＂三农＂思想提出了具体对策。

Xi Jinping＇s thinking on agriculture,rural areas and peasant- ry went through a period of infancy, formation, maturity and rich develop- ment. Xi Jinping＇ s ＂three rural＂ thoughts has distinct characteristics of time, science, people, practice and coordination. It has important theoretical and practical values. Based on the reform of resources allocation mechanism of propelling factors, the improvement of the integration system of urban and rural economic and social development, the reform of rural cultural construc- tion and the reform of rural governance structure and so on, this article fur-ther puts forward specific countermeasures on how to implement Xi Jinping＇ s ＂three rural＂ thoughts.
