从马克思的经济增长理论看供给侧结构性改革

Viewing Structural Reform of Supply Side from Marx’s Economic Growth Theory

2008年之后全球经济增长一直较为低迷,西方国家采取了许多手段加以应对,但几乎都收效甚微。2015年,习近平总书记提出了供给侧结构性改革思想,此后中国经济的下行压力得到缓解并逐渐呈现稳中向好的局面。对此进行研究发现,面对经济下行西方国家采取措施的依据往往是传统的凯恩斯主义经济增长理论,或是新古典经济增长理论和新经济增长理论。而供给侧结构性改革思想的提出主要是基于马克思的经济增长理论,并且实现了马克思的经济增长理论与当前中国经济的具体形势相结合。经过研究还发现,供给侧结构性改革思想能够将发展社会生产力与完善生产关系有机统一起来,不仅能增强中国经济发展的内生动力和活力,还能运用社会劳动按比例分布规律突出结构调整,注重从供给和需求两端发力,为全面深化改革铺平道路。

Since 2008, the global economic growth has been more sluggish, the western countries have taken many measures to deal with it, but al- most all of them have little effect. In 2015,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the idea of structural reform on the supply side. Since then, the downward pressure on the Chinese economy has been eased and a steady andfavorable trend has gradually emerged. This study found that in the face of economic downturn, the western countries adopted measures based on the traditional Keynesian economic growth theory, or neoclassical economic growth theory and the new economic structural reform is mainly based on growth theory. The idea of supply side Marx＇s economic growth theory, and realizes the combination of Marx＇s theory of economic growth and the current specific situation of China＇s economy. The study also found that the idea of supply side structural reform can organically integrate the development of social productive forces and the improvement of production relations. It not only needs to enhance the endogenous dynamic and vitality of China＇s economic development, but also emphasizes the structural adjustment through the proportional distribution of social labor, pay attention to stress from the supply and demand ends, paving the way for the overall deepening of reform.
