摘要
院内电子会诊系统全面启用后,针对目前会诊完成率和及时率低的现状寻找原因,采取优化会诊提醒功能、加强培训、定期公示、建立会诊考核体系、健全激励机制、开展约谈等策略,使会诊完成率从80.23%提高到97.00%,48小时及时率从62.76%提高至83.71%,普通会诊时限调整为24小时,及时率降至63.44%,后逐渐上升至83.60%。会诊质量的提高,有效加强了学科间的合作和互动,增加了医患信任、医疗服务质量和医疗管理水平。
After the hospital's electronic medical consultation system was fully activated,look for the reasons aiming at the status of low completion and timeliness rates.Some actions were taken,such as optimizing the consultation reminding function,strengthening training,making regular publicity,setting up consultation assessment system,improving the incentive mechanism and conducting face-to-face feeding backs,etc. As a result,the consultation completion rate increased from 80.23% to 97.00%,and the 48-hour timeliness rate increased from 62.76% to 83.71%. Since then the normal consultation time limit was adjusted to 24 hours,the timely rate dropped to 63.44%,and then gradually increased to 83.60%. The improvement of the consultation quality is effectively strengthening the cooperation and interaction among disciplines,enhancing the trust between doctors and patients,and elevating the quality of medical services and the level of medical management.
